Items may ship by UPS or USPS. If you use a PO Box, please include a street address, as well. FedEx is often used for items shipping to California.
Expedited shipping is available upon request. The charge is $5.00 for next day, or $10 for same day (if contacted before 11am Central Time). Some restrictions do apply, such as the time of day the purchase was made.
Most items ship within 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Friday). During the holidays, it may take up to 5 days for your item to ship.
Yes, nearly all items, with few exceptions, can be combined for shipping. This saves you money! Please contact us before paying for items, so we can send you an invoice combining all products and the shipping. Thank you.
Many items are very popular and do run out of stock from time to time. If this should happen, you'll be notified and a refund will be issued promptly.
Clothing items generally have the measurements for that item in the listing. It's very easy to measure for the correct size. Just lay a jacket (or whatever the item is you want) flat. Measure it in the same places stated in the listing. This only takes about 5 minutes and that way you know for sure what size to order, so you won't be disappointed. Chest measurement is underarm seam to underarm seam, across the front. Sleeves are measured from the top shoulder seam to cuff Total length is measured from the top shoulder seam to hem on back of item.
Unfortunately, things happen. If you should receive an item with a defect, please contact us right away. You will be given instructions for returning the item. In many cases, you will be given a return address that is different from the one on the shipping label, so please contact us BEFORE you return the item.
Yes, you certainly may return an item. Please note that return shipping is your responsibility. Return Policy: Every product comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. All items being returned must have authorization, please contact seller for RMA and instructions for returning item. All items must be in NEW condition, ALL the original tags still attached. Exchange Policy: We'd be happy to exchange your item for another size. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. If you'd like to exchange an item, please email us for a a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Return shipping to us is your responsibility. Also, you'll need to pay the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you. After the RMA has been emailed to you, you will receive a PayPal invoice for the cost of the shipping for the exchange. Your item will need to be shipped back in NEW condition, never worn, with tags attached. Please email with tracking information when item is returned to us. Thanks for your interest.
